I may not have seen the real Arizona but I was pretty impressed with what I saw!

When I was 19 I got the chance to visit a childhood friend who had moved out there a couple years earlier. I was facinated with the landscape, remember I was used to Indiana!

I still kick myself tho. I was going to tech school for autobody at the time and had replaced several vinyl tops on cars here. Neil took me to see the local GM dealership (have always been into cars!) which wowed me! All 5 lines under one roof! Unheard of back home! Anyhoo, Neil know the body shop manager who offered me a job mainly replacing vinyl tops (I could see where the sun out there would be hard on them) because he didn't have anyone any good at it. But silly young insecure me, I didn't think I could make it all on my own, let alone in a strange city, not to mention a state so far from home! Of course about a few years later vinyl tops on cars became passe` so maybe I was smart not to take it! NOT! I'm sure I would have been brilliant at something out there!papahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04604530065582219632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16852640.post-42163713809373642832009-02-10T20:08:00.000-06:002009-02-10T20:08:00.000-06:00#12: I'm in complete agreement#42: You didn't ge...#12: I'm in complete agreement

#42: You didn't get to see the REAL Arizona.

BTW, what the heck were you doing in Kingman?Ms. Valhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05708956305328177418noreply@blogger.com
